Tonight I tried a new recipe for a flavorful Honey Pork Roast. Prep was super easy, and bake time took only an hour. You do have to be around the kitchen so you can baste every 20 minutes, but it’s super easy to throw together for a quick and delicious meal.

Most people usually has all of these ingredients in their kitchen already, but if not Walmart should have everything you need. My kids aren’t the biggest fans of pork chops, so I try to do different things with pork lion or pork roast to change up things from time to time.

If you know my kids then you know they are super picky. It’s rare that ALL my kids like the same thing. Someone at the table will say they don’t like something on the table just to be different. This particular dish was not a favorite of Andy or Audrey, but Austin and I enjoyed it.

We paired this with some green beans. I fried a lot of bacon, added garlic and then cooked the green beans in this heavenly mixture. The green beans were a hit. They always are. 🙂
