We call it “PooterMac”. It’s our homemade macaroni and cheese topped with your choice of tender smoked brisket or pulled pork. It is a fan favorite and our top selling food item. You can eat it as it comes or try it with our house made Dr. Pepper-based barbeque sauce in original or spicy.
